Traci Knierim, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a valued Nurse Practitioner at Vellaris Health, bringing with her nearly twenty years of hands-on healthcare experience. Before stepping into the NP role, she spent many years honing her clinical skills in a wide range of patient-care settings, building a solid foundation that guides her practice today.

Traci began her nursing career after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana State University in Terre Haute in 2004. She later expanded her expertise by completing her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the Mennonite College of Nursing at Illinois State University in Normal, graduating in 2023.

Passionate about whole-person wellness, Traci is dedicated to partnering with her patients, helping them take meaningful steps toward better health and supporting them as they strive to become their healthiest, most confident selves.

Dr. Jamie Stephens is a 2007 graduate of Logan University in St. Louis, Mo. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology and a Doctorate in Chiropractic Science. He is a proud husband, father, and the founder of Go Chiropractic.

As a young kid, Dr. Stephens knew he wanted to be a Chiropractor. He watched his mother suffer from severe pain that the medical community did not have answers for.

Out of desperation, his mother found a Chiropractor who took her case, and her conditions started to improve.

After years of treatment, she no longer needed injections, botox, or pain killers. Dr. Stephens knew this was the profession he was meant to pursue.
